Enquiries and prospective clients
If you contact us via our website form, email, or LinkedIn, we collect your name, job title, company name, work email address, and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up with information about our services.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (to manage and develop our business relationships) and, where you have explicitly opted in, consent for marketing communications.

In the course of delivering our services, we collect contact details and professional information about individuals at client organisations. This includes names, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, and relevant work information. We process this data to perform our contracts and to fulfil our legitimate business interests in delivering high-quality consultancy work.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have assessed that our interests do not override your rights and freedoms. You have the right to object to processing carried out on this basis (see Your rights below).
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with third-party suppliers who help us deliver our services, and only to the extent necessary. These suppliers act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.
